Obituary

Hillsborough, NJ— Annette Theresa (nee Margiotto) Watts, 84, entered into eternal life on Wednesday, March 2, 2022 at Morristown Medical Center in Morristown, NJ.  She was born in Perth Amboy, NJ, daughter of the late Salvatore and Carmella (nee Barbato) Margiotto, she grew up in Port Reading, NJ, then resided in Edison, NJ, then East Brunswick, NJ, and settled in Hillsborough twenty-nine years ago.

Annette was a graduate of Woodbridge High School, Class of 1955.  She was a homemaker who took great pride in caring for family.  She loved to cook and clean the home.  She admired Elvis, loved being a cheerleader in high school, and in her younger years, enjoyed dancing professionally.  Annette had coached for many years Pop Warner Cheerleading.  Her biggest passion of all was spending quality time with family.  She was a parishioner of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Roman Catholic Church in Three Bridges and was a former member of their Spiritual Group.

Besides her parents, Annette was predeceased by her beloved husband, Leon Watts, who died on November 27, 2017; and her brother, Pat Margiotto.

Annette is survived by four loving children, Annette and her husband, Barry Dambach of Readington, NJ, Leon Watts, Jr. and his wife, Lorri of Hillsborough, Linda Watts of Spotswood, NJ, and Michael Watts and his wife, Teri of East Brunswick.  She will be deeply missed by two dear sisters, Angie Cuntala and Theresa Bellavia; dear sister-in-law, Irene Marcrie; seventeen cherished grandchildren, Nicolette Dash, Matthew Dambach, Corina Kenny, Thomas Dambach, Gianna Dambach, Natalia Dambach, Ana Metkov, Kristen Hansen, Lauren Walsh, Lindsey Buehning, Cody Watts, Vincent Quaglieri, Joseph Quaglieri, Amanda Marciante, Megan Watts, Alyssa Watts, and Michael Watts; three adored great grandchildren, Liliana, Dominic, and Leo; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a viewing at Countryside Funeral Home, 724 Route 202 North, Three Bridges, NJ 08887 on Sunday, March 6 from 3-7 p.m. and on Monday, March 7 from 9:15-10:15 a.m.  Funeral services will begin on Monday, March 7 at the funeral home with transfer prayers at 10:15 a.m. followed by an 11:00 a.m. funeral mass at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Roman Catholic Church in Three Bridges.  Committal words and interment will follow at St. James Cemetery in Woodbridge, NJ.  In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Hunterdon Regional Cancer Center, 2100 Wescott Drive, Flemington, NJ 08822.  To send condolences to the family or light a candle, please visit www.CountrysideFuneralHome.com .
