Beverly Hills, FL.-Anthony S. Catalano, 91, of Beverly Hills, Fl., passed away peacefully at home on Monday, May 14, 2018 with loving family by his side.  Born in Elizabeth, NJ, son of the late Antonio and Maria Antonia (nee Lamendola) Catalano, he was a resident of Elizabeth, Linden, NJ and Clark, NJ for over thirty years before retiring from Twin County Grocers/Foodtown in Edison, NJ as a warehouse manager and moving to Florida.

Anthony faithfully served his country with the United States Army as a staff sergeant during World War II.  He was a member of the Beverly Hills Fishing Club while in Florida.  He loved to travel especially cruises and enjoyed time spent with his great-grandchildren.  Anthony also enjoyed his summers fishing at his home in Dingmans Ferry, PA.  He was an excellent cook and enjoyed cooking for his family.  Anthony was a past parishioner of St. Anthony's Roman Catholic Church in Elizabeth, NJ.

Besides his parents, Anthony was predeceased by his wife, Catherine Lorraine (nee MacLaren) Catalano on September 26, 1996 and his sisters, Mary DiGiovanni, Rose Cronk, Angie Esposito, and Vita Ruggiero.

Anthony will be deeply missed by his loving children, Anthony Catalano and his wife Patricia, Donald Catalano, and Cathee Olterzewski; dear sister, Josephine Duenas; three cherished grandchildren, Amber Wadsworth, Danny Catalano, and Carly Catalano;   three adored great grandchildren, Savannah Wadsworth, Sierra Wadsworth, and Shiloh Wadsworth.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a viewing at Countryside Funeral Home, 724 Route 202 North, Three Bridges, NJ 08887 on Sunday, May 20 from 3:00-7:00 p.m. and on Monday, May 21 from 9:00-9:45 a.m.

Funeral services will begin at the funeral home on Monday, May 21 at 9:45 a.m. with a funeral liturgy to follow at St. Magdalen de Pazzi Roman Catholic Church at 10:30 a.m.  Anthony will be entombed at St. Bernard Mausoleum in Bridgewater, NJ.  Memorial contributions may be made in Anthony's name to the American Cancer Society, PO Box 22718, Oklahoma City, OK 73123-1718.
