Charles J.
Ferrari
Feb 21, 1962 — Apr 26, 2024
Branchburg, NJ--Charles J. Ferrari, 62, entered into eternal life on Friday April 26, 2024 at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital in New Brunswick, NJ, with his loving family by his side. Born and raised in Staten Island, NY, son of Barbara (nee Beresh) Ferrari and the late John V. Ferrari, after marriage on June 15, 1985 to his beloved wife Jackie, they settled in Eltingville, Staten Island, NY and resided there until settling in Branchburg in 2005.
Charlie was employed as an operations manager with BNY Mellon New York, NY for 38 years. As a member of the local DBSA group and NAMI he made lasting friendships and received much support from them throughout the years. Charlie was a parishioner of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Roman Catholic Church in Three Bridges, NJ. In his spare time, he enjoyed doing crafts, including candle making and various types of painting. It was a rare occasion if you found him without a Diet Coke in hand. Family was of the upmost importance to Charlie and he loved being a grandpa to Sofia. He was joyfully awaiting the arrival of his 2nd grandchild this fall.
Besides his father, Charlie was predeceased by his brother Johnny Ferrari.
Charlie leaves behind his beloved wife of thirty-eight years, Jacqueline M. "Jackie" (Castle) Ferrari, three loving children, Alexander J. and his wife Nicole Ferrari, Danielle Nicole Ferrari and her fiancé Justin Leonard, and Drew Ferrari; dear brothers and sisters- in-law Randy Ferrari and his wife Susan and Bernard Ferrari and his wife Jillian. He will be deeply missed by his precious granddaughter Sofia M. Ferrari; his "love bug" Gianna, along with many other cherished nieces and nephews. Not to be forgotten are his grand dogs, Ryder and Felix who brought much joy into his life.
