It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Diane Dixon (Croasdale), resident of Loganville, GA , and previously of Middletown, NJ, on April 6, 2025. Diane entered into eternal rest at home with her husband, Harry Dixon, and son, Austen, at her side.

Diane was a loving and devoted wife and mother who gave selflessly to her family. She looked at life with optimism and always had a bright, yet subtle sense of humor.

As a young girl, Diane learned to play the piano and developed an affection for listening to music. She found beauty in each day, and enjoyed relaxing in nature porch-side with her three loyal pups.

She enjoyed visiting the Jersey Shore when she returned to visit family, with each return trip feeling as though she had never left. In these trips Diane loved sharing stories with her family members, catching up on all that was missed, and learning about what was to come.

Diane attended Mater Dei HS in Middletown and graduated from the University of Florida, Gainesville with a Masters Degree in Psychology and Counseling. She spent many years working in retail sales, including her favorite retailer, the Shane Company jewelry store. Later, Diane returned to college and earned her Special Education Degree. With that degree, she spent many years enriching the lives of special needs children in the public school system before retiring several years ago.

Diane is pre-deceased by her parents, Vincent (Gene) Croasdale and Elaine Croasdale of Middletown, NJ.

Diane is survived by her husband, Harry and son, Austen; sister, Jeannie Chapkowski and brother -in -law, Gregg Chapkowski; brother, Brian Croasdale and sister-in-law, Elaine Croasdale; and sister, Karen Lockwood and brother-in -law, Kevin Lockwood. She is also survived by her two nieces and six nephews.

Family and friends are invited to attend a memorial visitation at Countryside Funeral Home, 724 Route 202 North, Three Bridges, NJ 08887 on Saturday, May 3rd, from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
