Eileen F. (née Oliver) Blacker, age 74, passed away peacefully on Thursday, June 4, 2026 at Foothill Acres Rehabilitation & Nursing Center in Hillsborough, New Jersey. Born in Plainfield, New Jersey, she is the daughter of the late Robert Oliver and Thelma (née Arbuckle) O'Rourke. Eileen was raised in Plainfield and South Plainfield, New Jersey, and lived in Florida from 2001 until 2019, when she returned to New Jersey to live with her daughter in Hillsborough, New Jersey.
Eileen dedicated her entire career to being a cherished waitress and bartender. She was adored by all her customers. Prior to her retirement, she worked as a bartender at Hacienda Hills Country Club located in The Villages, Florida. During her free time, Eileen took pleasure in playing softball and golf, as well as engaging in charity fundraisers. Her family held great significance in her life, and she particularly treasured the moments spent with her grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, Eileen was predeceased by four siblings, Karen Shimmel, Robert Oliver, Ronald Oliver, and Randall Oliver.
Eileen is survived by her loving children, Kimberly Ballinger and her husband Eric Rosenthal of Hillsborough, Danielle Ballinger of South Plainfield, and Michael M. O'Donnell of Portland, Oregon; brother, Richard Oliver; four cherished grandchildren, Jade Nelson, Tyler Nelson, Zeia Rosenthal, and Conor Butler; two treasured great grandchildren, Dakota and Dahlia; her beloved sister-in-law; and many nieces and nephews.
