Raritan Township, NJ- Florence Harney, 79, entered into eternal life on Monday, March 29, 2010 at Hunterdon Care Center in Raritan Township. Born in Bayside, NY, daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Julius (Miller) Stahl, she resided in Piscataway and Little Falls before settling to the Flemington section of Raritan Township ten years ago.

Florence was an executive at Mutual of New York (MONY) located in Manhattan. She enjoyed reading, travel, crosswords and was most passionate about time spent with her family.



Florence leaves behind her loving husband Ken and three loving children: Lynne Centofanti of Florence, NJ, Keith Harney of Flemington and Ken Harney of Neshanic Station. She will be missed by her dear sister; Carol Tiedemann of Lake Ronkonkoma, NY and her six cherished grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, April 3, 2010 from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. at Countryside Funeral Home, 724 Route 202 North, Three Bridges, NJ 08887 with a religious service at 2:00 p.m. Memorial contributions may be made in Florence's name to: Hunterdon Hospice, 2100 Wescott Drive, Flemington, NJ 08822.
