Delaware Township, NJ – Frances M. (Karol) Bauer, 61, entered into eternal rest on Thursday, March 15, 2007 at Hunterdon Medical Center. Born in Bayonne to her late parents Stephen and Lottie (Paszek) Bauer, she had lived in Pequannock, NJ before moving to the Milford section of Delaware Township in 1981.

Frances was a retired office manager from Guy Bennett Dental Office located in Flemington. She was a faithful communicant of St. Magdalen's Roman Catholic Church in Flemington where she was also active as a Eucharistic Minister and CCD teacher.

Besides her parents, Frances is predeceased by her dear brother Stephen Karol.

Frances leaves behind her devoted husband William J. Bauer with whom she joined hands in marriage with on April 29, 1967 in Pequannock, NJ, her loving children; Lori Bauer Warden and spouse James of Delaware Township and Keith Bauer of Philadelphia, PA. She will be sadly missed by her cherished grandson Tyler Stephen Warden.

Funeral services will be held on Monday, March 19, 2007 beginning 10:45 a.m. from Countryside Funeral Home, 724 Route 202 North, Three Bridges, NJ 08887 followed by an 11:30 a.m. funeral liturgy at St. Magdalen's Roman Catholic Church in Flemington. Frances will be laid to rest at the Holy Cross Cemetery in North Arlington. Relatives and friends may attend the calling hours at the funeral home on Sunday, March 18, 2007 from 2-4 & 7-9pm and on Monday from 10:15 a.m. until service time.
