Ian Stokes of Madison, NJ passed away unexpectedly of natural causes at his home on December 20, 2022. He was twenty-one. Ian was a private pilot, continuing his training in the aviation program at Mercer County Community College. He was set to graduate with honors this coming year. Ian was a loyal friend, with a quick wit and gift for putting people at ease. Ian is survived by his parents Dana Stokes and Heidi Zapf of Madison, NJ; Marc Stokes of Lexington, NC; his sister, Brittney Stokes of Durham, NC; and partner, Char Scaff. Private arrangements are under the direction of Countryside Funeral Home in Three Bridges, NJ.
