Neshanic Station, NJ- James A. Moran, 67, entered into eternal life on Tuesday, November 30, 2021 at his residence. Born in Akron, Ohio to Barbara (Ward) Moran and the late James A. Moran, Sr., he settled on a small farm in Neshanic Station in 1984.
Jimmy attended Niagara University where he played football. He was a true outdoorsman who loved farming, fishing and horseback riding. He loved animals and especially enjoyed raising Black Angus cattle and egg-laying chickens. He was a skilled craftsman and enjoyed woodworking. He is most known for his quick wit and dry humor.
Jimmy adored his children. He loved talking farming and tractors with his son, Brad; and making his standard Wednesday morning breakfast sandwich for his daughter, Mackenzie.
Besides his father, Jimmy was predeceased by his brother John Moran and sister JoAnne Moran.
Besides his mother, Jimmy is survived by his devoted wife Patricia A. Moran (nee Henderson); son Bradley C. Moran and wife Amy Fulton; daughter Mackenzie K. Moran and husband Patrick Rowe; and sister Jennifer Moran.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a visitation at Countryside Funeral Home, 724 Route 202 North, Three Bridges, NJ 08887 on Saturday, December 4, 2021 from 9:00 a.m. until 11:45 a.m. with a funeral service being at 11:45 a.m. officiated by Catholic clergy from Elizabeth Ann Seton Roman Catholic Church. Interment will follow at Neshanic Cemetery in Hillsborough, NJ.
In lieu of flowers contributions can be made in memory of James Moran to the Multiple Sclerosis Foundation of America, 375 Kings Highway North, Cherry Hill, NJ 08034.
