Flemington, NJ- James F. O'Donnell, 55, entered into eternal life on Tuesday, October 1, 2019.  Born in New York (Staten Island), NY, son of Joan B. O'Donnell (nee Barrett) and the late James R. O'Donnell, he had resided in Congers, NY before settling to Flemington in 1973.

James was a graduate of Hunterdon Central High School Class of 1982.  He also graduated from DeVry University in Edison, NJ after attaining a BS in Electrical Engineering Technology.  He was a co-founder of EagleSystems USA, Inc. and was instrumental in the development of the VALOR Clinic Foundation which is committed to improving access to quality healthcare and shelter for veterans.   He was a pilot of small planes and was a member of the Alexandria Airport Club.  Amongst many other things, James was a photographer, videographer, DJ, and a Hot Air Balloon Chaser with Alexandria Balloon Flights.

Besides his loving mother, James is survived by two dear siblings, Kathleen O'Donnell and her husband John Rokicki and Daniel O'Donnell and his wife Susan.  He will be deeply missed by three cherished nephews and a cherished niece, James Rokicki, John Rokicki, Sean O'Donnell, and Hailey O'Donnell.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a viewing at Countryside Funeral Home, 724 Route 202 North, Three Bridges, NJ 08887 on Sunday, October 6 from 2-4 p.m. At the family's request, the disposition will be private.
