Whitehouse Station, NJ- Joann Loiodice, 75, entered into eternal life on Friday, February 23, 2024, at Hunterdon Medical Center in Flemington, NJ.  Born in Palazzo San Gervasio, Italy to the late Canio and Rosa Paradiso, Joann immigrated to the United States at the age of 2, raising her family with her beloved husband, Nicola, in Union, NJ for thirty-eight years before settling to Whitehouse Station.

Joann was a self-employed hairdresser and owner of Joann's Beauty Salon in Union, NJ, and later Joann's II Beauty and Nail Salon in Kenilworth, NJ.  Joann loved to knit, spoil her grandchildren and cook her delicious Italian meals for the whole family.

Besides her parents, Joann was predeceased by her brothers; Matteo Paradiso and Gervasio Paradiso.

Joann is survived by her devoted husband Nicola Loiodice with whom she joined hands in marriage on February 28, 1970.  She will be greatly missed by daughters Angela Allan and her husband John, and Rosa Caruso and her husband Jeff; loving sister Tina Lomonte; her pride and joy, grandchildren Johnny Allan IV, Nico Allan, Giovanna Caruso and Adalina Caruso.  She will also be missed by Sandy, her German Shorthair companion.

Family and friends are invited to attend a visitation at Countryside Funeral Home, 724 Route 202 North, Three Bridges, NJ 08887, on Wednesday, February 28, 2024, from 4-7 p.m.  A funeral mass will be held on Thursday, February 29, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. at Our Lady of Lourdes Roman Catholic Church, 390 County Road 523, Whitehouse Station, NJ 08889.  Disposition will be private.
