Ringoes, NJ- Justin "Chuck" P. Seltzer, entered into eternal life on Thursday, October 1, 2015. Born in Pottsville, PA, son of Philip and Cindy (Yerger) Seltzer, he resided in Auburn, PA before settling in Ringoes, NJ in 2008.

Justin was a devout animal lover. He would rescue and nurture any animal he could save. He loved nature, being outdoors and hiking. Travel was also one of his passions, as he and his wife traveled to Europe on multiple occasions. One of Justin's greatest accomplishments was graduating Summa Cum Laude from Farleigh Dickinson University in 2013.

Justin is survived by his beloved wife, Jessica (Cowley) Seltzer of Ringoes and their dogs Max and Molly; siblings Jason Mullins and his wife Crystal of Auburn, PA, Jared Mullins and his wife Cassondra of Orwingsburg, PA, Heather Seltzer of Palo Alto, PA and Tori Seltzer of Pottsville, PA; and in-laws John, Carol, Lisa and Stephanie Cowley of Bridgewater, NJ. He will also be deeply missed by many nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a viewing at Countryside Funeral Home, 724 Route 202 North, Three Bridges, NJ, 08887 on Monday, October 5, from 2-4 and 6-9 p.m.
A funeral service will take place at Blessed Sacrament Church, 1890 Washington Valley Road, Martinsville, NJ, 08836 on Tuesday, October 6, at 10:00 a.m. A repast will immediately follow the service at the Martinsville Volunteer Fire Department, 1912 Washington Valley Road, Martinsville, NJ, 08836.
