Justino A. Rivera, 71, entered eternal life on Thursday, December 5, 2013. Born and raised in Barili, Phillipines, son of the late Tranquilino and Filomena (Abillon) Rivera, he resided in Flushing and Douglaston, NY before settling to the Neshanic Station section of Branchburg Township in 1985.

Justino was a doctor having spent most of his career employed by AT&T in Basking Ridge. He held a private practice in Newton, NJ for several years and worked in the Workman's Comp Department for the State of New Jersey. Justino was a communicant of Immaculate Conception Roman Catholic Church in Somerville. He enjoyed time spent on computers and loved attending computer shows. He was an avid reader, loved photography and watching old movies.

Justino leaves behind his beloved wife of forty-three years, Anna M. (Brennan) Rivera, with whom he joined hands in marriage on December 16, 1970; four loving children, sons, Justin Rivera and his wife Michelle of Manville, Steven Rivera and Jonathan Rivera of Branchburg and daughter, Jessica Rivera of Hillsborough; three dear siblings, brother, Jesus Rivera of Phillipines, and sisters, Constita Ong of Bergenfield, NJ and Ramonessa Ricardo of Phillipines.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend visitation at Countryside Funeral Home, 724 Route 202 North, Three Bridges, NJ 08887 on Friday, December 20 from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. and on Saturday, December 21 from 8-8:30 a.m.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, December 21 beginning 8:30 a.m. at the funeral home followed by a 9:30 a.m. funeral liturgy at Immaculate Conception Roman Catholic Church in Somerville. Committal words and disposition will follow at Somerset Hills Memorial Park's chapel in Basking Ridge.
