Obituary

Margaret ("Marge") Huber Boland, born on June 22, 1931, passed into eternal peace on March 2, 2025. Marge was raised in Irvington, NJ, where she attended St. Leo's Grammar School and Our Lady of the Valley High School. She enjoyed many years in Irvington, with her mother, Margaret (Hunger) Huber, her father, Felix ("Phil") Huber, her brothers, Frank Huber and Don Huber, and many cousins and their families nearby. She was married to her beloved Maurice ("Jack") Boland in 1953.

They had six children: Rosemary Fields (Flemington, NJ), Margaret Rose Kugelman (Marquette, Kansas), Regina Cooney (Santa Rosa, CA), Michael Boland (Gold Canyon, AZ), Madonna Elsbury (Gilbert, AZ) and Matthew Boland (Dover, PA).

Marge enjoyed her working years at The Midland School (Branchburg, NJ) and at Kohl's (Flemington, NJ). Marge was predeceased by her husband, Jack, in 2017. Marge most recently resided in Mesa, Arizona; however, when she lived in New Jersey, she was a charter and active member of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church in Three Bridges, NJ. She was a member of the Senior Club and Ladies Club at her parish.

Marge was a devoted wife and loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother to her children, grandchildren and many great-grandchildren, all of whom affectionately referred to her as "GG".  She had the uncanny ability to endear everyone she came in contact with, and she will be missed by all.
