Neshanic Station, NJ—Marie D. (Prignoli) Castle, 82, entered into eternal life on Wednesday, June 16, 2010 at her daughter Jacqueline's home in Neshanic Station, NJ with her loving family by her side. Born in Staten Island, NY, daughter of the late Ilario and Rafaella (Notorangelo) Prignoli, Marie was raised in the West Brighton section of Staten Island, NY and had lived in the Grant City section of Staten Island, NY for forty years and then in Old Bridge, NJ for eighteen years before settling to her daughter's home a year and a half ago.



Marie was a homemaker who took great pride in raising her children. She was a communicant of St. Christopher Roman Catholic Church in Staten Island and presently at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Roman Catholic Church in Three Bridges, NJ.

Besides her parents, Marie was predeceased by her beloved husband Jack L. Castle in November of 1981.



Marie leaves behind to cherish her memory: four loving and devoted daughters: Linda Tupe of Old Bridge, NJ; Susan Picano of Plainsboro, NJ; Barbara Eretto of Sachse, TX and Jackie Ferrari of Neshanic Station, NJ. She will be deeply missed by her dear sister Lena P. Martin of Staten Island, NY and her eleven precious grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held on Monday, June 28, 2010 beginning at 10:15 a.m. at the Countryside Funeral Home, 724 Route 202 North, Three Bridges, NJ 08887 followed by an 11:00 a.m. funeral liturgy St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church, 105 Summer Road, Three Bridges, NJ 08887. Marie will be laid to rest beside her beloved husband at St. Peter's Cemetery, 52 Tyler Avenue, Staten Island, NY 10310.



Relatives and friends are invited to attend visitation at the funeral home on Sunday, June 27, 2010 from 2:00 P.M.-4:00 P.M. and 7:00 P.M.-9:00 P.M., and on Monday from 9:30 A.M. until service time.
