Fort Lauderdale, FL—Mark James Motta, 30, entered into eternal rest on Friday, October 14, 2016 at his home in Fort Lauderdale. Born in Flemington, NJ, he is the son of Peter and Marielena (McClure) Motta. He resided in Flemington most of his life prior to moving to Fort Lauderdale over three years ago.

Mark was a graduate of Hunterdon Central High School Class of 2004. He loved playing video games and he was an avid Pittsburgh Steelers fan. About two years ago, Mark followed in his father's footsteps and formed his own electrical contracting company University Electric in Pompano, FL. He will be deeply missed by his family and friends.

In addition to his loving parents, Mark is survived by his caring maternal grandmother, Angelina Leone; and paternal grandfather and grandmother, Peter and Rosemarie Motta; and dear brother, Peter Joseph Motta of Flemington.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a viewing at Countryside Funeral Home, 724 Route 202 North, Three Bridges, NJ 08887 on Friday, October 21 from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. and on Saturday, October 22 from 9:30 a.m. until 10:00 a.m.

A funeral service will take place at the funeral home on Saturday, October 22 at 10:00 a.m. with Pastor Jamie Damm of Zarephath Christian Church officiating. At the family's request the disposition will be private.
