Manville, NJ– Michael W. Davey, 73, entered into eternal life on Thursday, April 21, 2022 at his residence with his loving family at his side.  Born in Plainfield, NJ, to the late Royce and Patricia (Hutchison) Davey, he was raised in Bridgewater before settling in Manville in 1985.

Michael worked as a Warehouse Receiver, most recently for Home Depot in Bridgewater. However, his deep passion in life was music.  Michael was a singer and an accomplished guitar and harmonica player, having played in his bands "Freeway" and "Full Moon" in his early days.  He was also an avid reader of biographies and history.

Michael is survived by his devoted wife Lori (Strokus) Davey; two children, Alison Latourette and her husband Damian of Washington, NJ and Ashley Kurtz and her husband Matthew of Ringoes, NJ; brother John Davey and his wife Kathy and grandchildren, Carter and Braden Latourette and James Kurtz.

Family and friends are invited to attend a Memorial service on Wednesday, April 27, 2022 from 3-6 p.m. at Countryside Funeral Home, 724 Route 202 North, Three Bridges, NJ 08887.
