Patricia Lynn Snyder, who was 79 years old, entered eternal life on Sunday, May 24, 2026, at home in Flemington, New Jersey, with loving family by her side. She was born and raised in Hartford, Connecticut, and was the daughter of the late John and Mildred Claire (née Ferguson) Wesley. Patricia later resided in Wayne, New Jersey, and Milltown, New Jersey before settling to Flemington, in July of 2002.
Patricia was a graduate of the College of St. Elizabeth in Madison, New Jersey where she created many memories and excelled as a student. During Patricia's later part of her career, she was employed for over 20 years by Ortho Diagnostics in Raritan, New Jersey, where she worked as a Staff Quality Engineer until her retirement.
Patricia's faith was active in her day-to-day lifestyle. She was a faithful parishioner of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Roman Catholic Church in Three Bridges, New Jersey. She was very active at her church as a Eucharistic minister and CCD teacher, amongst many other volunteering capacities. Patricia loved animals and was quite supportive of various causes. She enjoyed arts & crafts, traveling, cooking and baking. However, most of all she loved spending time with her family and entertaining with her delicious cooking and outstanding baking.
Patricia is survived and will be profoundly missed by her beloved partner, Anthony Szoludko, her loving children, Laura McIntyre of Millstone Township, New Jersey, L.J. Snyder of Jamesburg, New Jersey, Allyson and her husband Martin Senoff of Monroe Township, New Jersey, and Katie Snyder of Aberdeen, New Jersey; and eight cherished grandchildren, Hunter, Sophia, and Samantha Senoff, Fiona, Erin, and Meghan McIntyre, and Skylar and Sumer Snyder. She certainly cherished any time she spent with them but often talked about her fond memories of taking a European trip with them after she retired.
Family and friends are invited to attend the viewing at Countryside Funeral Home, located at 724 US-202, Three Bridges, NJ 08887 on Friday, May 29, 2026 from 3-7 p.m. and on Saturday, May 30, from 8:15-8:30 a.m. Funeral services will begin at the funeral home on Saturday at 8:30 a.m. with transfer prayers and continue with the funeral mass at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Roman Catholic Church, 105 Summer Road, Three Bridges, NJ 08887 at 9:30 a.m. with Fr. Thomas J. Serafin, V.F., KCHS officiating. Committal words and interment will follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, 52 Totowa Road, Totowa, NJ 07512.
