Raritan Township, NJ- Paul E. Ingoglia, 93, entered into eternal life on Thursday July 8, 2010 at Hunterdon Care Center in Raritan Township. Born in Brooklyn, NY, son of the late Leonard and Rose (Boccalino) Ingoglia, he resided in Raritan Township for 28 years formerly of Valley Stream, Long Island NY.
Paul served in the United States Army from 1941 to 1945. He was a member of the East Amwell Senior Citizens Club and the Flemington Knights of Columbus obtaining the rank of 3rd Degree. Paul worked for Waldes Kohinor, a zipper, hook and eye company in Long Island City, NY as a Tool and Die maker. Paul was a member of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Roman Catholic Church in Three Bridges. Paul was a life long Yankee fan.
Paul was preceded by his loving wife Agnes Nicolosi Ingoglia in 2008.
Paul leaves behind his loving son and daughter-in-law Leonard and Suzanne with whom he lived, his dear brother Vincent of Sebastion, FL and five cherished granddaughters: Jeannene Butler (Donald) of Washington, NJ, Doreen Zipay (Andrew) of Kingwood Twp., Tracy van Rensburg of Flemington, Amber Miller (Jason) of Pasadena, MD and Shannon Twisler (Daniel) of Lopatcong Twp. He will be missed dearly by his eleven great-grandchildren; Benjamin and Paige Butler, Tyler, Kevin and Brian Zipay, Caitlin and Megan van Rensburg, Aiden, Landon, Hailey Miller and Logan Twisler.
Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, July 13, 2010 beginning 10:15 a.m. in the Countryside Funeral Home, 724 Route 202 North, Three Bridges, NJ 08887 followed by a 11:00 a.m. funeral liturgy at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Roman Catholic Church in Three Bridges. Mausoleum entombment will follow in St. Magdalen's Cemetery Mausoleum in Flemington.
Visitation will take place in the funeral home on Sunday, July 11, 2010 and Monday, July 12, 2010 from 2-4 & 7-9pm and on Tuesday from 9:45am until the service time.
