Rich was a parishioner at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Roman Catholic Church in Three Bridges, New Jersey. He had many passions, especially his work and his role as a business owner with businesses in both New Jersey and New York. He had a particular fondness for cars, enjoyed traveling,, cherished his wife, children, granddaughter, family, and treasured the companionship of his dog, Nico. Rich was a people person. He enjoyed learning from others, having good conversations, gaining understanding of things and experiencing the world. Even more importantly, he took his role of being depended on by others seriously and with great honor.
Rich is survived by his beloved and devoted wife of 17 years, Justine A. (née Macrini) Aquitato, whom he married in Holy Matrimony on July 12, 2009; his three loving children, Amanda and her husband Jason Guide of Barnegat, New Jersey, Alexa and her husband Ryan Maslen of Whitehouse Station, and Alexander Panarese of Whitehouse Station; his dear brother Joseph Aquitato; and his adored granddaughter, Savannah.
