Raritan Township, NJ - Robin L. (Barone) McCrone, 46, entered into eternal life on Thursday, July 2, 2009 at the Hunterdon Medical Center in Raritan Township. Born in Somerville, to her late parents Dominic and Ruth (Fulgun) Barone, she had resided in Green Brook before settling to Raritan Township nine years ago.

Robin was a graduate of Monclair State University, followed by a successful career at Prudential Securities until 2001, before becoming a loving and dedicated wife and homemaker, who took great pride in caring for her family. As a loving mom, Robin was very involved in her son's life. She was a faithful communicant of St. Magdalen de Pazzi Roman Catholic Church in Flemington and had also been a CCD teacher for the church. Robin also served as a Vice President for Robert Hunter School PTO.

Robin leaves behind her beloved husband Michael J. McCrone with whom she joined hands in marriage on April 29, 2000; by her loving son Michael Dominic McCrone; four dear siblings: two brothers Donald Barone of Hillsborough and Robert Barone of Scotch Plains; two sisters Maria Goss of Branchburg and Susan Hart of Toms River. Robin will be deeply missed by her many aunts, uncles and cousins each of whom touched her life in so many special ways.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, July 7, 2008 beginning 9:15am at Countryside Funeral Home, 724 Route 202 North, Three Bridges, NJ 08887 followed by a 10:00am funeral liturgy at St. Magdalen de Pazzi Roman Catholic Church in Flemington. Robin will be interred at St. Magdalen's Cemetery in Flemington. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the visitation at the funeral home on Monday, July 6, 2009 from 2-4pm and 7-9pm and on Tuesday from 8:45am until service time.
