Delaware Township, NJ- Rose Marie (Kudroch) Handler, 75, entered into eternal rest on Sunday, January 16, 2011 at Hunterdon Medical Center in Raritan Township. Born in Jersey City, daughter of the late Michael and Mary (Ihnat) Kudroch, she had resided in Carteret before settling to Delaware Township forty years ago.
Family was of utmost importance to Rose and she was a very devoted mother. After many years of employment as an office supervisor she retired from Johnson & Johnson in New Brunswick. Rose was a member of several quilting gills and various humane societies throughout the area having also participated actively with municipal affairs over the years.
Rose is survived by her beloved husband, Retired New Jersey Supreme Court Justice Alan B. Handler with whom she joined hands in marriage on June 28, 1976; two loving & devoted children: son, Sean Foxe and daughter, Kara Foxe; three adored step-daughters: Nancy Handler, Carolyn Handler and Julia Handler.
Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Countryside Funeral Home, 724 Route 202 North, Three Bridges, NJ 08887 and at the request of the family the funeral services were private.
