Obituary

Neshanic Station, NJ—Sharon M. (Sudol) Kloss, 65, entered eternal life on Tuesday, October 13, 2015 at Hunterdon Medical Center, surrounded by her loving family. Born in Passaic, NJ, daughter of Robert and Mary (Vanuga) Sudol, she lived in Clifton prior to settling in Neshanic Station in 1976.

Sharon graduated from Montclair State College with a degree in secondary education and continued her graduate work at Ball State University in Muncie, IN while accompanying her husband on active duty in the Air Force. Sharon also worked in the marketing research department of Schering Plough in Liberty Corner. She raised a wonderful and successful family and was very active in her sons' lives, including involvement in PTO, Family Fun Day events and their travelling baseball and soccer teams. Sharon had many talents, especially in hosting large family birthday gatherings and Super Bowl parties and in using her creative skills to design beautiful floral arrangements. She enjoyed many family vacations, shopping and tending to her flower garden. An avid Mets fan, she came from a sports-oriented family which included an uncle, Ed Sudol, who was a National League umpire. Most of all, Sharon was a loving, supportive, kind and compassionate woman who will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

Besides her loving parents, Sharon was predeceased by her beloved infant son, David.

Sharon leaves behind her devoted husband Lawrence of 42 years; cherished sons, Richard of Neshanic Station and Scott and his wife Cath of Lawrenceville; brother, Robert of Tampa, FL and several nieces and nephews.
