Three Bridges, NJ- Stanley Franck, 81, entered into eternal life peacefully at the Hunterdon Care Center in Raritan Twsp on December 17, 2004. Stanley was born in Brooklyn, NY and had resided in Manhattan until recently moving to Three Bridges two years ago.

Stanley retired in 1979 from the CBS Television Local News as a Sound Engineer and had won an Emmy for sound in the television special "Drugs from A-Z." He honorably served his country in the United States Army Air Corp during WWII and the Korean Conflict and was a recipient of the Purple Heart. He was a member of the IBEW, Union 1212 in New York City.

Surviving Stanley is his loving & devoted wife Elizabeth (Rowland) Franck of whom would have celebrated 29 years of marriage together on December 19, 2004. He also leaves behind his beloved sons Stephen Franck of Agoura Hills, CA, Matthew Franck of New Brunswick, NJ, David Franck of Aurora, Ill. and Christopher Franck of Playa del Rey, CA. He will be sadly missed by his two dearest sisters Faith Franck of Oakland,CA and Zelda Klapper of San Diego,CA. His three cherished grandchildren will also miss him dearly.

Funeral Services will begin on Wednesday December 22, 2004 at 9:15am from the Countryside Funeral Home, 724 Route 202 North, Three Bridges, NJ 08887 followed by a 10:00 am funeral liturgy at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Roman Catholic Church in Three Bridges, NJ. Stanley will be laid to rest at St. Magdalen's Cemetery in Flemington. Relatives and Friends may call at the funeral home on Tuesday December 21, 2004 from 2-4 and 7-9pm and on Wednesday from 8:45 am until service time.
