Todd Richard Caso, age 82, passed away peacefully on Thursday, October 23, 2025, at Foothill Acres Rehabilitation & Nursing Center in Hillsborough, New Jersey.  Todd was born on July 8, 1943, in White Plains, New York, to parents Richard and Ruth (nee Miller) Caso.

In 1961, Todd graduated from Horace Greeley High School in Chappaqua, New York.  He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in communications from Syracuse University in 1965.  After graduating from SU, Todd worked at Cornell University where he produced public service programs for the State of New York.  Thereafter, for more than 38 years he served as a producer and archivist for National Basketball Association (NBA) Entertainment, Secaucus, New Jersey.  After retiring, Todd launched Doccaso Enterprises, LLC, based in Branchburg, New Jersey, and continued to serve as consultant to NBA Entertainment.

Todd was a diehard New York sports fan who supported the Yankees, Giants, Rangers, Knicks as well as Syracuse Orange.  He loved to travel, and especially enjoyed visiting Caribbean destinations.  Todd had a deep affection for his family and particularly cherished gatherings with friends and family.

Todd is survived and will be deeply missed by his beloved wife of 26 years, Carol E. (nee Jantz) Caso; son, Richard [Stahl] Caso of Ithaca, New York; three cherished stepdaughters, Elizabeth Lewis, Caitlin Meehan, and Meghan Meehan; two brothers, Jeffrey Caso (wife Amy) and Laurence Caso (wife Patricia); four grandchildren Seven, Tenor, Tilden, and Theory; and beloved niece, nephews, and cousins.

Family and friends are invited to attend a viewing at Countryside Funeral Home, located at 724 US Highway 202, Three Bridges, NJ 08887, on Monday, October 27, 2025, from 2-4 p.m., with a funeral service to be officiated by Chaplain Marybeth Doctor, of Stein Hospice, at 3:30 p.m.
